Open Rate is often a first-try for companies from abroad before hiring anyone in Poland

Askly is a chat support tool with AI automation. It is the ultimate tool for high-quality, multilingual, and automated customer service.

Challenges:

Askly wanted to open up a new market and build its presence in Poland with their ultimate tool for high-quality, multilingual, and automated customer service. They have been successfully working in Baltic countries with e-commerce but didn’t try expanding into big markets like Poland.

They did not have anyone speaking polish or with any experience in this market. The challenge was to find someone who was capable of handling the entire market by himself from very beginning to the very end.

Solution:

Open Rate did entire process from translating the app to English, cold campaigns to running meetings and customer care was put in place. We decided to approach using different channels (Linkedln, email, phone, Instagram). Our plan was to test many different industries.

Results:

As we were approaching hotels, e-commerce, beauty industries via different channels we came to the conclusion that some industries work differently than in Estonia. We were able to sign up a couple of big names in the hospitality industry and focused on that group.

Throughout the project 3 people took part in testing the solution provided by Estonian SaaS on the Polish market. During cooperation we faced many challenges but we were able to adjust strategy to maximize results.

conclusions:

Open Rate has built the process of opening the Polish market for Estonian start-up by using their experience, cold email outreach, phone outreach and LinkedIn. We were able to adjust and change the process, in order to maximize results.
